We ordered this room to make a detached room for my mother and it worked out really great good quality material nice windows. We did some upgrades and I would recommend it for anyone whether you need storage space or you want to consider may be an additional room these things are awesome.

I wanted a place to stay when I visit my daughter so I bought a cabin with electric. Best thing I ever did.

The delivery driver was very nice and paid attention to details. Building is very well constructed. I would recommend these buildings to friends and family. Customer service is very good.

We began considering a storage building back in late 2019. After much “window shopping” we decided to go with Timberline Barns. I began communicating with Yvette in June of 2020 via email, asking many questions and considering options. She was SO helpful and patient with the time we took considering all our options. I especially like the 3D builder on their website, it really helped to be able to see how the different options would look and come together as a cohesive shed. Once we made all our decisions, we decided to place the order in early 2021. Knowing the current supply challenges due to Covid 19 in the world we anticipated it would be a couple months before our building was complete. However, 3 weeks after our order was placed the shed was delivered and set up in our yard. Delivery man was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We have only had it a few days, but are anxious to get it put into use for hopefully many years to come. Overall our experience with Timberline Barns was excellent. It is nice to know that in a world where customer service levels continue to decrease…that Timberline Barns goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied with their buying experience. The shed arrived earlier than promised which was great. It was very cold and the installer did a great job with set up and placement. The shed is full and doing well!

Our 10×16 was delivered promptly and the man who delivered and set it up was very quick, professional, and a pleasure to be around. I can’t say enough good things about Timberline Barns and the people who make everything an enjoyable experience. A+

I like my lofted garage it’s just what i needed.However i did have a problem with the side window being damaged from the build and Andrew came out to look at it and told me that it would be an easy fix and made an appointment to install a brand new window and he did just that and I’m very pleased with the work Andrew did on my lofted garage thank you very much you guy’s rock i will recommend timberline barns to anyone to meet their storage needs.

We could not be happier about our choice of going with Timberline Barns.  The shed is put together very well!  It had several surprising details that I really liked and appreciated such as the metal edge protection at the doorway and reinforcement 2x4s for the lofts.  The windows are quality and the LP siding is going to last a very long time.  Even the paint job was done very well.  I thank you, my wife thanks you (I was going to try and build one myself) and again, we are very happy with the shed.

For me, the key driver to Timberline over others was the website.  I could tell it was maintained recently as there was a COVID reference.  The ability to pick and choose options and visualize the end product in the 3D builder was absolutely key.

Delivery was what I would consider to be a white glove.  The driver called prior to arriving and gave me an ETA.  He surveyed the site, was diligent at the narrowest point (the gate), and placed it exactly where we wanted it.  He was polite, thorough, and a great representative of your brand.

The price was competitive with others but the shed seemed better built. The delivery was on time with a nice person that had the equipment to do the job quickly & properly. That in itself (to me) is worth 5 stars. Then I got a Thank You card with a hand-written note. That is something that nobody else does and it tells me that this is a company that really cares. This is over the top service 🙂 I would recommend them to anybody. We are currently making it into a She-Shed.

I was very impressed with their customer service and the storage building/ garage (12’x20′) exceeded my expectations. They tailored it to exactly what I requested. My favorite part, though, was watching 1 man deliver, move the building off the trailer to the final spot and set it up. All by himself. Me and my friends watched in amazement. And he was a great guy too. I highly recommend Timberline Barns.

Devon delivered our building and was very professional and did a great job. The area we wanted him to put the building was a little tricky to get too but he made it look easy. They keep you in the loop regarding delivery, they call to set the day for delivery up, they call the day before to make sure that day will still work, and they call to tell you they are on their way. We highly recommend this company.

I special ordered my building. Got it in less than two weeks. Everything I ordered was spot on. My building looked better than I thought it would. This is the second building I have had delivered. From the salesman in London Ky to the guy who placed the building (Davon) who deserves a raise for professionalism and patience because this was truly a tight fit. Also to Natalie whom I never had to wait or guess anything she kept in touch and answered me if not immediately shortly after. Ty I will definitely deal with these people again.

Overall cost was less than building the shed with comparable materials. Austin Herron did a fantastic job delivering and setting my shed.

Requested a quote online after using the 3D builder to configure what I was interested in. In a couple of days, Bob from the Mosheim, TN sales lot called and invited me to come to see the quality and workmanship of the garages. Bob was a true professional and answered every question I had. Then we went into the office and discussed my configurations and upgrades. Then I received the price, ” Which was very competitive ” so I placed my order. Bob stated my new garage would be delivered in 2 weeks on Thursday, I would get a call from the home office on Wednesday to set up a delivery time. That is exactly what happened, Then the amazing part, Edward showed up in his big truck and trailer, and tools of the trade. He asked where I wanted the garage, and with precision that is where he placed it. Perfectly level side to side and front to back. Being a builder myself it was a pleasure to watch this master of his trade at work.

We purchased our 12×20 lofted garage through Dawn Binder at the Timberline Barns location on W. Stone Dr in Kingsport, Tn. We really appreciated the number of models at that location that allowed us to see the quality of Timberline Barns as well as the accessories firsthand. Dawn was very helpful and easily accessible. Our new garage is exactly what we needed and we were very impressed by the quality and quickness of the delivery. Ours came in one week. Ed Yoder delivered it and was very conscientious to place it exactly where we wanted it and then shim it up as needed. We weren’t happy with the original ramp and Timberline provided us another within a couple of days and even gave us some extra stain for some touch-up. I can’t imagine a better quality barn for the money and in addition to the excellent value, we received excellent service. I’d highly recommend that anyone looking for a storage barn or garage include Timberline in there comparisons and I think they will find there is no comparison.

Recently purchased a 10 x 16 shed and had it installed. The shed with lofts and windows is perfect for our lot and needs. Storage in lofts is great.
Would like to commend the sales team and driver for excellent communication. We actually got set up before the estimated date/ time. The driver followed our instructions and was very knowledgeable about his equipment and the building. Couldn’t believe how quickly he had it in place. He was also very professional and pleasant during the process. Thank you!

Had my workshop delivered a short while ago and experienced excellent service from the salesman and the delivery/setup person. Wonderful experience and awesome product. I purchased the 10×12 barn lofted completely wood-framed inside & metal covered outside. Will purchase a larger one in the near future. 👍😎

I just wanted to tell you how happy my wife and I are with our new barn. From the beginning of the process to delivery was a great experience. We were told when we ordered how long it would take and it even arrived a day early. Everyone has been so nice and I would highly recommend your company. We are even thinking about getting another one and Timberline is where we will go. Great job everyone.

We ordered a 12×36 in mid-summer. Delivery was quick after our order went in. Love all about it except some of the wood had been sealed over “marking paint” left on the lumber and the studs being further apart than normal made insulation installation a bigger job than normal. The nailing on areas that are going to be seen is a little unsightly. We didn’t like the paint on the boards and the nails showing so much because this is going to be our “tiny house” when finished.

We bought a 10×16 shed from timberline barns for my mother-in-law. Not only did timberline travel 3 hours to get to mom’s house but they were the most professional builders I have ever seen. Devon and Joel were great and even posed with mom in a picture. The quality and professionalism that they showed were exceptional. I would highly recommend Timberline to anyone in need of a shed or any other outside structure. Definitely 5 stars.

Purchased a garden shed a month ago. Very nice and the delivery guys were very nice and dropped the shed right where I wanted it and perfectly leveled it. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I was a carpenter for 32 years and I give these sheds a double thumbs up.

I purchased my 10 x 20 treated shed at Harvest Greenhouse in Norton, VA. It was delivered right on time, the workmanship was beautiful and the delivery man was very courteous. He did a wonderful job of setting up the building. I couldn’t be more pleased.
I had looked at other sheds before buying and was impressed with the great detail and beauty of the building. A friend had also recommended Timberline Barns because he had purchased one and it has held up extremely well.
